Interest is the second step and it is when potential customers start to show interest in what a company has to offer.
Consideration, or when a potential customer becomes aware of a company and its products or services.
Purchase: Once a potential customer is aware of a company, they will enter the purchase steps in the sales funnel. This usually starts with research, where the customer looks into whether the product or service is right for them. They may visit the company’s website, read online reviews, or talk to friends and family who have used the product before.
After doing their research, customers will enter into the decision stage of the sales funnel.
