Sometimes we don’t feel like we’re accomplishing all we want to in a given day. That’s ok! We all need to take breaks. But if you find yourself not being able to concentrate and get stuff done, that might be a cause for concern.
The good news is that it is ok to feel guilty about not being productive enough. It’s actually a healthy process because it means we are constantly re-evaluating ourselves, our performances, our productivity, and that can only a good thing.
